From the counter to the kitchen. Everything connected.
Take orders, send tickets to the kitchen, take riel and dollars, close shifts, and keep every branch running from one console. Here is each part, working.
From the till to the paper in the kitchen. Scroll to follow one order; each step is the real path a ticket takes.
01
The order is rung up
Two iced lattes and a beef lok lak for Table 4. The till checks every required choice and prices the order, deals included.
02
Bill&Go saves it
The order, its lines and its price are saved in one go, with a kitchen ticket for each printer that needs one. The drinks can go to the bar, the food to the kitchen.
03
The ticket waits in the print queue
Every ticket is a job in the queue, so nothing is lost if the kitchen printer is off. It waits there until your shop's printing app or box takes it.
04
Your printing app or box takes it
Bill&Go Printing on a computer, or a Printing Core box, sits on your shop network and takes the jobs for its printers, in order.
05
The kitchen ticket prints
It prints on the kitchen printer with no print dialog. The bill goes to the counter and cup stickers to the label printer.
06
The print log says so
A ticket counts as printed only when the printing app reports it. One that keeps failing shows in the log and at the till with Try again. After a power cut mid-print, a kitchen ticket waits for someone to tap It printed or Print again, so nothing is cooked twice.

Customers hand over dollars, riel, or both. The till works out the change at your shop's rate, and the shift records the same figure. Try it.
Change in whole dollars first, the rest in riel
Riel rounded to 100, in the customer's favour

Kitchen board
Cooks can work from a screen instead of paper: orders oldest first, marked cooking, then ready.
Customer screen
A second screen facing the customer shows the bill as it is rung up and the change when it is paid, and plays your own slides in between.
Online orders
Orders from your website or app arrive at the till with a chime. Accept one and its kitchen ticket prints.
Delivery
Paste a maps link for the address pin, name the delivery partner, and the till refuses an address past your delivery radius.
Two ways to print.
Both take tickets from the same print queue and print to your receipt, kitchen and label printers. Use either, or one of each.
Bill&Go Printing
Download now, free
A small app for a Windows or Mac computer on your shop network. Pair it with a code from the dashboard; it starts with the computer and updates itself.
The app is new, so Windows may warn you the first time you open it: click More info, then Run anyway. The Mac app is signed and checked by Apple.
Bill&Go Printing Core
Ask us for one
A small box, or a Raspberry Pi, that prints for the shop with no computer. It prints a code to scan when you plug it in, and also prints to printers plugged into it by USB.
The router version with a 4G backup is still being built.
Get in touch with the Bill&Go team in Phnom Penh. We set up your shop, then you add your menu, connect your printers and open the till. Every new shop gets one month of Pro free, no card needed, and Free keeps running after that.
Do I need special hardware?
No. The till runs in a web browser on a tablet or computer you already have. Your receipt, kitchen and label printers need to be on the shop's network, or plugged into a Printing Core box by USB.
How does kitchen printing work?
Each ticket waits in Bill&Go's print queue until your shop's printing app or Printing Core box takes it and prints it on the right printer. If a printer is off, the ticket waits and tries again; one that keeps failing shows at the till with Try again.
Can I use my existing computer for printing?
Yes. Install the free Bill&Go Printing app on a Windows or Mac computer on the same network as your printers, and pair it with a code from the dashboard.
Can I run more than one store?
Yes. Each branch can have its own menu, staff, tables, shifts, stock, deals, receipt template and money settings, and you switch between them in one tap. Free covers one branch; Starter two, Growth five and Pro fifteen.
What happens when my plan reaches its limits?
You can keep using everything you already have; a limit only stops you adding more, and says which plan to move to. Orders are never refused: past 100 orders a day on Free, the till shows an upgrade notice.
How are subscriptions handled?
Monthly or yearly by card through Paddle, from the billing page on the web. Moving to a smaller plan switches nothing off, and a plan that ends leaves your shop on Free.
Less complexity. More business.
Tell us about your shop: how many branches, what you sell, and the printers you have. We'll set you up and walk your team through the first shift.
