Bill&Go is made by

BasilBook is accounting and operations for restaurants, cafés and shops, made in Phnom Penh by the team behind Bill&Go. Connect the two and every paid order goes to your books as a sale. Nobody types it in again.
Born in a real restaurant.
BasilBook started at Beef & Basil, a restaurant in Phnom Penh. The tools on offer were too general or too expensive, and none of them could keep track of:
- What each dish really costs to make
- Food thrown away, and why
- Stock counts
- Each day's cash, matched to the till
So the team built their own, and then built Bill&Go, the till, the same way: for a shop that is busy, in riel and dollars.
You run operations. BasilBook handles the accounting.

Questions about your books.
Who makes Bill&Go?
Bill&Go is by BasilBook, the team in Phnom Penh that makes BasilBook: accounting and operations for restaurants, cafés, shops, service businesses and food trucks. BasilBook started in a real restaurant, and Bill&Go is the till built by the same people.
Do I need BasilBook to use Bill&Go?
No. Bill&Go runs your counter, kitchen and shifts on its own. Connecting BasilBook is a choice, for shops that want their sales in their books without typing them in.
What does Bill&Go send to BasilBook?
Every paid order, as a sale: each item with its quantity and price, the discount, the delivery fee and VAT, how it was paid (cash, card or QR), and who rang it up. If you refund an order after it was sent, Bill&Go takes it off again in BasilBook.
Are orders from before I connect sent too?
No. Only orders taken from the moment you first switch it on are sent. Switching it off and on again later keeps that first moment, so nothing is sent twice.
I have more than one shop. How does that work?
Each shop has its own BasilBook settings, because BasilBook keeps books per location. Give each shop its own order number prefix, such as TK, and their sales never clash, even in the same BasilBook.
Which plan do I need?
On Bill&Go, BasilBook is a connection: you set it up on Starter or above, and if your shop moves to Free later it keeps sending. You can always switch it off. On BasilBook's side, the key comes with its Professional plan.
What if BasilBook cannot be reached?
The orders wait and Bill&Go sends them again by itself. The shop's BasilBook page in the console says what went wrong, and any order BasilBook turned down can be sent again with one button.
Which money are the sales in?
Each sale is sent in the order's own money, riel or dollars. Your BasilBook's main currency should be the one your shop prices in.
