Who pays it back
Bill&Go's paid plans are sold through Paddle (Paddle.com), the merchant of record. Paddle took the payment, so Paddle pays a refund back, to the card or account that paid. How long it takes to reach you depends on your bank.
What is refunded
- A first payment, within 14 days. The first payment for a plan, monthly or yearly, is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of that payment.
- A yearly renewal not yet used. When a yearly plan renews, the renewal is refunded if you ask within 14 days of it and the shop has not used the paid plan's features since.
- Charged in error, or twice. Always refunded, whenever you tell us.
What is not refunded
Other payments are not refunded, including a monthly renewal and a part of a month or year not used. But you can cancel any time: in the console, open Billing and choose Cancel plan. Nothing more is charged, and the plan runs to the end of the period already paid. After that the shop is on Free and keeps everything it has — the terms explain what that means.
Free and the trial
Free and the 30-day trial are never charged, and no card is asked for, so there is nothing to refund. Nothing is charged when the trial ends unless the owner chooses a paid plan.
How to ask
- From Paddle's receipt. The email receipt from Paddle has a link to view the receipt and manage the subscription; ask Paddle for a refund from there.
- Or write to us through the contact page, with the shop's name and the date of the payment.
We answer within 2 business days.
