How to ask
- Open the contact page.
- Write Delete my account, with the email or username you sign in with and your shop's name or business code. A customer gives the phone number or email they ordered with.
- Send it. We answer within 30 days, and tell you if we need to check who you are first.
- We delete the account and tell you when it is done.
The apps have no delete button: an account belongs to a shop, and a shop's receipts and books must still add up after someone leaves it. We do it by hand, so nothing is lost that should not be.
A whole shop
Only the owner can ask for a shop to be deleted. Cancel a paid plan first, in the console's Billing on the web, so it is not charged again.
Deleted:
- The shop and its branches: name, logo, addresses, phones, map pins and opening hours.
- The menu, prices, promotions, stock, tables, printers and receipt templates.
- Every account in the shop — owner, managers, staff and drivers — and their sign-ins.
- Its orders, bills, payments and shifts, except what the law says it must keep (below).
- Its paired devices and connections: the apps, Bill&Go Printing, API keys, Telegram and BasilBook.
A member of the team
A manager, staff member or driver is removed by the shop's owner, in the console under Team. You can also ask us, and we tell the owner.
Deleted:
- Your sign-in: email or username, password, and Apple or Google sign-in.
- Your phone, photo and the branches you work at.
- Your devices' push notification tokens.
Your name stays on the orders and shifts you rang up, as it was printed on the receipt, so the shop's history stays right.
A customer
If you ordered from a shop that uses Bill&Go, we delete your customer account on request: your name, phone, email, and Apple or Google sign-in.
Your orders with a shop are the shop's records. We pass your request to the shop and help them remove your name, phone and address from them.
What is kept, and for how long
- What the law says a business must keep — its sales and tax records — is kept only for as long as the law asks, then deleted.
- A paid plan's receipts are kept by Paddle, who bills shops for Bill&Go, for the same reason.
Everything else is deleted within 30 days of your request.
