Bill&Go

Kitchen order printing that keeps every ticket.

Bill&Go kitchen printing sends every order to the right printer: kitchen, counter or labels. If a printer is off, tickets wait and print when it comes back.

Each ticket goes to the printer that should have it.

A kitchen working from shouted orders or handwriting gets things wrong. The cashier taps Send to kitchen once, and the paper comes out where it is needed.

Kitchen tickets in the kitchen

Every dish with its options, like no egg or 50% sugar, under the call number and table.

Cup stickers

Choose which categories print stickers, such as drinks. One sticker per cup on the label printer.

No print dialog

Tickets print silently. Nobody presses Print during a rush.

Bills and end-of-shift slips at the counter

The bill prints on the receipt printer with your own header and footer. So does the end-of-shift slip, with the drawer count.

A printer off is not a ticket lost.

Power cuts happen, in Phnom Penh as anywhere. Bill&Go keeps each ticket in a queue until it has printed.

Changes reach the kitchen on paper too.

Kitchen mistakes come from changes nobody told the cooks about. A sent order is never changed silently.

More for Table 4.

When a table orders again, the cashier adds to its open order. Dishes already sent stay as they were, and the kitchen gets a ticket for what is new.

  • Same call number, so cooks match it to the table
  • Required choices, like ice, can't be left out

Receipts that read the way you want.

Each branch prints with its own template, or your default. The dashboard previews the paper as you type, drawn by the same code that prints.

How does kitchen order printing work in Bill&Go?

When the cashier sends an order, Bill&Go prints the kitchen ticket on the kitchen printer, the bill on the receipt printer, and cup stickers on the label printer. The free Bill&Go Printing app, on a Windows or Mac computer on the printers' network, prints them with no print dialog.

What happens if the kitchen printer or the printing computer is off?

Nothing is lost. Every ticket waits in a queue, and when the printer or the computer is back on, the waiting tickets print.

How does the kitchen know an order was cancelled or a dish was removed?

When an unpaid order is voided, the kitchen gets a ticket that says VOID, DO NOT COOK, and the table is freed. When a dish is taken off a sent order, the kitchen gets a TAKE OFF ticket and the bill is re-priced. Both need a reason, and every change is logged with who made it and when.

Can cooks use a screen instead of paper tickets?

Yes. The kitchen screen runs on a wall tablet and shows every order still in the kitchen, oldest first. An order is marked late after 10 minutes and very late after 20. If the shop chooses, cooks tap Start cooking and Mark ready.

What printers and paper sizes can I use?

Receipt, kitchen and label printers on your shop's network, with 58mm or 80mm paper. The paper width is set in each branch's receipt template.

How do I set up kitchen printing?

Put your printers on the shop network, install Bill&Go Printing on a Windows or Mac computer on that network, and type the one-time code from the dashboard to pair it. The app starts with the computer and updates itself.
