Send an order to the kitchen
Send the order now and take the money at the end, with the kitchen ticket printed by itself.

A new order has two ways on:
- Send to kitchen, pay at the end — for Dine in, Pick Up and Delivery. The order stays open until it is paid.
- Pay now — take the money first; the kitchen gets the order once it is paid. A plain counter Take Away has only this.
On an open order with new items, the buttons are Send to kitchen and Discard new items.
The till says Sent to kitchen (or Sent to kitchen · Table 4). The kitchen ticket and any cup stickers print by themselves; the bill does not.
