Add categories
Group your menu, like Coffee or Rice dishes, and choose which papers its items print on.
- Who
- Owner and managers
- Where
- Console → Catalog → Categories → New category
- In the console, open Catalog and the Categories tab.
- Press New category.
- Type the Name, and the Khmer name if you want it on the till and the kitchen ticket.
- Pick an Icon, or press Guess from the name.
- Under Prints on, choose Kitchen ticket, Order slip (the sticker printer), both, or neither.
- Press Add category.
With both off, the category’s items show on the bill only: right for bottled drinks the counter hands over itself.
Tip. Categories are the tabs along the top of the till’s menu, in the order you see here.
