Tables that stay open
Send the first round, then add dishes whenever they ask. What was already sent stays as it was, shown apart.
A restaurant POS for Cambodia that keeps every table's order open, tells the kitchen exactly what changed, and closes the shift with a drawer that adds up.
A restaurant POS has to follow a meal that lasts an hour: dishes ordered in rounds, a guest who changes their mind, and a bill that is right at the end.
Send the first round, then add dishes whenever they ask. What was already sent stays as it was, shown apart.
Each dish prints with its choices underneath, on the printer that should have it.
Set the days and hours once. The till takes the discount off by itself.
Void an order or take one dish off and the kitchen gets a ticket saying so, with the reason and who did it logged.
A tablet on the kitchen wall lists every order still cooking, oldest first, marked late after 10 minutes and very late after 20.

Each table keeps one open order, and you can add dishes to it at any point in the meal. Dishes already sent to the kitchen stay as they were and are shown apart from the dishes you are adding now, so nothing already cooking is changed by mistake.
Take the dish off the order and give a reason. The kitchen gets a TAKE OFF ticket, the bill is priced again, and the change is logged with who made it and when. To cancel a whole unpaid order, void it with a reason: the kitchen gets a VOID, DO NOT COOK ticket and the table is freed.
Either works. Kitchen tickets can print on a kitchen printer on your shop network, or show on a kitchen screen: a wall tablet listing every order still in the kitchen, oldest first, marked late after 10 minutes and very late after 20.
