Bill&Go is a POS system in Cambodia, made in Phnom Penh. Take riel and dollars in one payment, give change at your own rate, and print Khmer dish names.

In Cambodia a bill is often priced in riel and paid in dollars, or both. The till uses one rule every time: whole dollars back first, the rest in riel, rounded to the nearest 100 riel in the customer's favour. Four examples:
The customer hands over both. At 4 100 riel, $10 is 41 000 riel, so they gave 51 000 riel in all. That is 500 riel over, which is less than a dollar, so it all comes back in riel.
$20 is 82 000 riel, so the customer is owed 43 500 riel. That holds ten whole dollars (41 000 riel), and 2 500 riel is left over.
Two drinks at 18 500 riel, less 10%, leave an odd 16 650 riel. $5 is 20 500 riel, so 3 850 riel is owed. Nobody carries 50 riel, so the till rounds to the nearest 100 and the customer gets the extra.
You decide the rate your shop uses. At 4 000 riel to the dollar, that $20 for a 38 500 riel bill is 80 000 riel, so 41 500 riel is owed: ten dollars and 1 500 riel.
Every dish, category and option can carry a Khmer name beside the English one. Your receipt can print them too.
No special till to buy. Bill&Go runs in a web browser, and prints to the printers on your shop's own network.

Bill&Go can. A customer can hand over US dollars and Cambodian riel together for one bill. The till adds them up at your shop's rate and shows the change to give back.
Change is given in whole dollars first, and the rest in riel, rounded to the nearest 100 riel in the customer's favour. For example, at 4 100 riel to the dollar, a 38 500 riel bill paid with a $20 note gets $10 and 2 500 riel back. The same figure is shown on screen and saved in the shift records.
Yes. Each shop sets the rate it uses at the till. Every cash payment and every change amount is worked out at that rate.
Yes. Every dish, category and option can carry a Khmer name beside the English one, and your receipt template can print the Khmer names or leave them off. The app's own buttons and menus are in English.
