7.1What each plan includes
The four plans, their limits, and what happens when a shop reaches one.
Every new shop starts with a month of Pro free, with no card. Then it chooses a plan, or stays on Free.
- Free (free): 1 store, the owner and 1 staff, 50 products, 1 printing computer or box, 500 orders a month.
- Starter ($12.99 a month): 1 store, the owner and 3 staff, 200 products, 2 printing computers or boxes, no order limit.
- Growth ($35.99 a month): up to 3 stores, the owner and 10 staff, 500 products, 6 printing computers or boxes, no order limit.
- Pro ($99.99 a month): up to 9 stores, the owner and 50 staff, 5,000 products, 18 printing computers or boxes, no order limit.
Starter and above add analytics, the connections (Telegram, BasilBook and the shop API), QR ordering at the table, pick-up ordering, your pictures on the customer screen, and delivery drivers.
Growth and Pro can add Franchise mode, a head office for a franchise or a group of shops: one menu, prices and deals sent to every shop, their sales side by side, and tasks for their stores. It is $49.99 a month with 3 shops in the group, then $9.99 a month for each shop past 3; your own shop is not counted. Add it on Billing in the web console. Each shop in the group keeps its own data, plan and bill.
Good to know. Orders are never refused. Past Free’s monthly orders, the owner gets a notice and one email. A limit only stops adding more — moving to a smaller plan never takes away what you have.
