What each plan includes
The four plans, their limits, and what happens when a shop reaches one.
Every new shop starts with a month of Pro free, with no card. Then it chooses a plan, or stays on Free.
- Free (free): 1 store, the owner and 2 staff, 100 products, 2 printing computers or boxes, 1,000 orders a month.
- Starter ($15 a month): up to 2 stores, the owner and 5 staff, 300 products, 4 printing computers or boxes, no order limit.
- Growth ($29 a month): up to 5 stores, the owner and 10 staff, 500 products, 10 printing computers or boxes, no order limit.
- Pro ($59 a month): up to 15 stores, the owner and 30 staff, 2,000 products, 30 printing computers or boxes, no order limit.
Starter and above add analytics, the connections (ABA PayWay QR, Telegram, BasilBook and the shop API), QR ordering at the table, pick-up ordering, your pictures on the customer screen, and delivery drivers.
Good to know. Orders are never refused. Past Free’s monthly orders, the owner gets a notice and one email. A limit only stops adding more — moving to a smaller plan never takes away what you have.
